My day in kindergarten
I walk to work around 7.30-7.40 a.m. when my shift starts at 8.00 a.m.
At the kindergarten between 8.00 and 12.00 this is how it is done.
Children who have already arrived by the time my day starts are playing or doing table chores like drawing or making puzzles.
From 8.00 to 8.30 I serve breakfast to the children and sometimes I eat something myself.
From 8.30 to 9.45 is playtime for the children, I play with them or draw with them, while I watch what everyone is doing and probably settle a few arguments.

The morning session is usually at 9.45-10.00 a.m. We look at what day it is, the order of the day and do our morning exercise. Depending on the day there may be something special in addition.
Outdoor activities and things to do are between 10.00-11.15. Children are divided into 2 groups. First one group will go outdoors and the other will stay to paint, then there will be a change.
Lunch is from 11.15-12.00 and I always eat with the children at the same time. I give the children their food first.
From 12.15-13.30 there is a break for children. Some of the children sleep and some just stay for that time, but it doesn't matter because the idea is for everyone to calm down for a while.
One adult always supervises the rest period. If it's my turn, I'll read a book for a while and then wish the children a "good night's sleep". At that point I put on some music in the background and browse through my own mobile phone.
Snack time is from 14.00-14.30. I give the kids a snack first and then I eat something myself.
14.30-17.00 then goes really variable depending on the day, but if it's raining or really bad weather then we play inside until almost 16.00 and then go out at 16.00-17.00. Now the weather has been so nice that we have gone out right after snack time and the parents pick up their children
At 22.00 in bed already to sleep.
So that is my day in kindergarten, if you want to ask me something or want to read more this kinds of post leave a comment. Thanks for readin :)
